I recently had a 55 minute schedule change that isn't ideal for me. Even as a newly minted Mosaic 4, I was told I couldn't move to a later flight (about 2 hours later) without a difference in fare upcharge (over $200 per person), because the change wasn't 61 minutes or more. I know this is the rule, and I've never tested this as a non-Mosaic, but is this a typical experience for Mosaics (i.e., zero flexibility outside the rules)? On Delta I can usually get a free change with schedule changes of just a few minutes, so B6 is not off to a great start.
