Yes, I too have been reset to gold again. Although it took a kind lady who took it upon herself to take ownership of resolving it for me and called me several times while it was going through with updates. And in between this someone else from the exec club emailed me saying I would be kept as silver. Said lady soon cleared that up so all is good apart from a few missing miles as I was credited silver status miles not gold for one sector.
