Hi, my friend and her cousin are due to fly to Brussels tomorrow afternoon on BA from London to Brussels and back to London on Sunday.

With news of the shooting and tourists being killed they m no longer want to go.

She has tried to call BA but cannot get through. She is hoping in the circumstances BA might refund a voucher but I have said that it’s unlikely unless the government says do not travel. Same with their travel insurance, it probably doesn’t cover change of mind.

Is it worth calling BA to ask the question or would the answer be no so don’t waste hours on hold trying to get through?
