Quick XP correction/override needed in the database. BEY, AMM and CAI all miss the 2000 mi threshold for a "Long 1" flight from CDG by just 10's of miles. But if you look it up on FB's simulator (https://www.flyingblue.ca/en/programme/more-info/status), all cities are bumped up to Long 1. Maybe because AMS flight to these cities are over or because its so close they are rounding? Maybe we can enter a custom milage/override for these cities? I know the "other" calculator has some custom overrides from the GCM api as well.

Also, I know AFKL doesn't currently fly to Damascus, but airport code DAM does not resolve in the calculator at all.
