Hotel Lincoln. Well, I echo the other thoughts. It MOS DEF needs a makeover, and pronto. It all smells/feels dusty and dated. It's like a Kimpton, but literally everything from the 1950s. Staff were beyond friendly/hispterish/laidback. The elevators are slow and cramped. The location is great. Walk to Second City (!) and right x the street from the lake. Great bars in the (safe) hood. Breakfast was quirky. Gotta grab, like, the yogurts and the sandwiches. You get the sense that you could grab anything at any time, but if you grab after noon, you will be charged, so make sure you tell the front desk to globalist it right off the bill. The walls are THIN, and the gap under the door is LARGE. You may -- as I did -- smell the constant waft of weed smoke from the room across the hall (which seemed to be the residence of one of the FT staffers, so the noise and pot smoke were 24/7).
