I used AA miles for an award travel IAD-DOH-DEL

In the past I had been able to find a business class award on either Etihad or Qatar, but not this time and I booked an economy ticket. My return back to the US is on AA metal through JFK on business, but with two flights in the US to get from JFK to Reagan airport. 40K miles outgoing trip, 116K miles return.

As an AA Platinum/ One World Sapphire member I understand I would get lounge access in Doha. I believe there are a few lounges there. Looking at the One World web site it seems there are some lounges where I could get in and some where I could not. Are there any reviews of the lounges there?
