Your oneworld status is Emerald, which is equivalent to BA Gold. You will have the same allowance a BA Gold cardholder. If BE stands for Basic Economy, that's a hand luggage only fare and you get no checked baggage without paying extra, if the aircraft is BA metal, regardless of status. The exception will be if your e-ticket says you have a baggage allowance. but that isn't what I would expect.
