Update

After a 6 week wait, 3 phone calls and 1 email my gold status has eventually been reinstated. Nice surprise on a Sunday afternoon.

I’ve 8 flights coming up next month with BA so appreciated it being sorted before a few weeks of busy travel, they will take me to Gold for another year with 7 months to spare but hope the same IT glitch is resolved by 2024.
