I am Titanium and planning to use 50K certs to book a hotel in Chicago. Other than the Gwen and St. Regis I can pretty much book any hotel without having to add points. The Gwen can be booked by adding 7K points/night.

We plan to visit Navy Pier and Millennium Park. Other than that we will just walk around.

I was considering the W Lake Shore, Hotel Chicago Downtown - Autograph Collection, Westin Chicago River North, EMC2, Sheraton Grand River Walk or Chicago Marriott Downtown Mag Mile.

Which is better for upgrades? I can also get the Ritz using the certs. The location is a bit out of the way and no breakfast for Titanium members but the hotel looks pretty good.
