Looking for data points:
Have a trip to Austin coming up and still have not used the $200 Plat hotel credit. I am literally 1 night away from qualifying for Hyatt Explorist, and I do not have any other hotel stays coming up this year.
Will FHR or THC stays count as elite qualifying nights? If they do not, then I may have to break down my stay into two separate bookings, one through Amex (obviously FHR if only one night stay) and one through Hyatt.
