If your card anniversary date does not change from August then you can earn one voucher before Aug 2024 and another one before Aug 2025.
If you voucher earning anniversary date resets to 1 May 2024 then you will have until 1 May 2025 to earn a voucher.
This is correct, I started using a BA Amex (blue, when I was young and naive to points) as I began to travel in February 2020…
Anyway, I was close to 9.5k spent by end November 2020 and updated in December; triggering my 241 voucher then which was duly a premium plus voucher.
My card fee was always on 5 December (anniversary of upgrading to BAPP) but my membership year was Feb - Feb.
Your membership year/anniversary is fixed from when you take out the card with Amex. That year is what matters for tracking spend, regardless of when you pay the BAPP annual fee.
