Had no interaction with this fare but Opodo are truly the worst company I have ever had any interaction with. I had to email their press office with communications from a well known consumer website AND make a section 75 claim for consequential losses through my credit card to resolve an issue over a flight schedule change they failed to resolve.
I had the last laugh.
