A friend was just charged almost 80 EUROS for a ride from HEL to town. I am guessing she took one of the “private” taxis instead of Fixu, Menevä or Taksi Helsinki. (Didn’t have a chance to tell her to only take one of those).

She tried to argue with the driver to no avail. Does she have any recourse? Worth filing a police report? Just checked the Finavia site, I am very surprised there is no info about any of this. Thanks
