Consider that it can take you 10-15 minutes to get off the plane and that the boarding door on the LUX flight will close at least ten minutes before departure. That leaves you only about 30 minutes to make that connection, including immigration and passport checks.
Doesn’t sound promising to me. Really a bad plan.
I guess you can hope that your inbound flight is very early and your outbound is late departing.
