I was scheduled to fly MUC-IAD on 9/9 and the flight canceled. I had paid $923 to upgrade to Business. United auto rebooked me to LH on 9/10. I did not want to get in a day late so I talked to LH and they moved me, at no charge, to LH Business MUC-CLT and then UA First CLT-IAD on 9/9 and I flew those flights.

When PQP for the upgrade did not post, I emailed 1KVoice. They refered it to MP and I got that the response that I don't get the PQP since I flew LH.

This makes no sense to me. They canceled my UA flight and they rebooked me on LH. Do I have an argument? If so how should I push this?
