This ‘change’, which I was never made aware of was a 20 minute change to our return flight, on which our seats have not been changed. In your opinion does this even sound credible? Again my apologies for posting this here but my wife is extremely upset and it’ s spoiling what was supposed to be a dream holiday.
Not really the forum for TUI - advice is don’t use them.

Plenty of flights on BA :-)
