Has there been any previous adjustments to this booking? That sometimes seems to 'lock out' being able to do anything online subsequently....
There was a slight time change for one or more of the flights

NZ283 changed from 18:40 departure to 18:25

A ticket I bought on Saturday that hasn't had any adjustments is also not able to be changed online. The price for the same flights has also dropped about 15%... Does Air NZ object to someone holding two tickets on exactly the same flights before cancelling the more expensive version of the same thing?
