Why does the ability to change online seem to so readily disappear? I've got what I imagine is a very straightforward AKL-SIN-AKL non-codeshare, flexi, booked on Air NZ website but won't let me change or cancel online.

I had hoped calling on election night would result in a quick connection but gave up after 45 minutes. Might try again during the All Blacks game tomorrow morning.
