I am really not sure about this although if formula = operation career "pays" the miles you earn for flight is true (is this true right?).
Just don't know why UA has every earning chart updated instantly e.g. https://www.united.com/en/us/fly/mil...-portugal.html / https://www.united.com/en/us/fly/mil...lufthansa.html / https://www.united.com/en/us/fly/mil...ir-canada.html and some other airline struggle to update them.
