Is it possible to contact SQ to ask to have the ticket reinstated?

Is there an email address I could use to get in contact with SQ?
Usually most folks submit stuff like this via the website feedback form. IIRC there are some categories to choose, so something booking related may help.

However, include your ticket number for sure as PNRs get purged from Altea (SQs PSS/ Reservation System) after a few days when considered "completed" (the PNR reference numbers are also reused) so to find your cancelled booking they'll need to dig.

As far as reinstating a ticket goes, I'm not sure if doable, but even if I think too much time may have passed already.

As others shared, make sure you have a very solid and plausible case for medical reasons (unfit to fly certification by medical doctor) or bereavement (proper documentation and needs to be close family member) whichever one it actually. Else you'll not get very far.
