This property is not quite right next to JR Osaka. It's a 10 minute walk in the underground tunnel from the Sakurabashi Exit to Exit C93, and then a 1 minute outside portion. Very convenient if it's raining. Even closer are the Keihan and Osaka Metro stations. The toilet and shower/wash basin areas are separate. There wasn't an extra door from the rest of the room to the shower stall in the king room. The room is small but so will Moxy's. Breakfast got boring after a while, but it's fine. It was consistently busy throughout our stay. The staff are excellent and aren't hesitant to help retrieve a lost item or book a doctor's appointment.
