Will get WoH personal card soon. If I am to pay taxes of $15000 immediately after I receive this card, are the following assumptions correct?

1. I will get 30000 bonus points as $15000 is part of the first $3000 spending.
2. I will get 30000 points as tax is not in any bonus category.
3. I will get 6 qualifying night credits (15000/5000*2).
4. I will get one category 1-4 free night because of the $15000 charge in calendar 2023, regardless of I just have the card in October 2023.
