Rant: A321T broken seat & IFE and glass bits near seat, not moved before departure
On N103NN, 8C has a broken IFE and 8D does not move at all, no recline, no leg rest. Also, there are glass shards on the floor between the seats.

Paid for flagship business and the lazy LAX gate agents did not bother to move me out of the broken seat. I saw the INOP stickers after boarding. They had plenty of time to move my seat before upgrading everyone into open seats.
At least 10 minutes after boarding, a gate agent said we could either move to economy or take a later flight. ....


8C broken IFE

8D broken seat. NOTHING works at this seat, it’s not just the leg rest.
