Make sure you check the charging cable is inside the car! I rented a BMW Plug In Hybrid and the cable was missing (not sure if someone "took" it or if EHI removed it to prevent theft). I suspect for pure EVs like Polestars, EHI may perform a more religious check to make sure all the accessories are inside the car, but considering how fast some cars are turned around at airport locations during the holidays, it is best if you check it too.

Another time, I noticed some of the spare tire kit was missing.
