2nd time in 12 months I've had a faulty CW seat (recline mechanism sezied up this time - felt like the runner mechanism derailed)
I sent a note to BA 2 days ago and already 80K avios sevice recovery has been confirmed via email today.
But the last time my seat failed was a LGW CW seat. Feeling very ancient now, even after the cosmetic refresh (covers, IFE, etc.). Cannot be long before Club Suite retrofit? I'm sure they must get quite a few seat failures on the LGW fleet. I've also already seen one Club Suite aircraft on a LGW route - presumably to cover for a tech incident.
