Have any of the properties been renovated or updated in the last decade? I agree with all the comments about the decline, I have also noted that even properties in wide open spaces in the suburbs are charging for parking and even making me walk back to my car to put a parking pass after I check in on when all I want to do is go back to my room and relax.
