As I recall it's a Nespresso type device built into the frame, using unbranded capsules (and of course only a limited number loaded). It's somewhat slow and ties down staff for quite a while for every cup served. Other airlines can manage it in Business, but I guess there is no evidence of people moving their financial footprint to move BA's approach to this.
