Starter :
Excellent. The little shards or chargrilled sweetcorn were lovely.
It wouldn’t be BA without the burnt crustings of sauce around the rim. Dish was OK but the lamb had a a bit of a strange ‘reformed’ texture.
Soufflés and airline catering are rarely happy together, and this attempt too was rather bland and rubbery.
