I checked my account. Indeed, last year a stay at Mercure Rochefort paid for partly with points gave me one qualifying night.
But another this year in Amiens gave me no night. I retroclaimed, and got the following answer "Following your request regarding your stay at the Mercure Amiens Cathedrale Hotel, we are pleased to inform you that it has been correctly recorded on your account. We invite you to consult your points statement by logging into your personal space on all.com."
However, it does not show. I let one night pass, checked again and still does not show. So I wrote again and am waiting for the answer.
Anyone has experience with this?
