OP has already confirmed the cancellation is/was 2359 last night. There is no need to call when the rate (and cancellation button) is in the app.

Although I agree it is always wise to check the cancellation for each redemption you book. I remember someone here had an issue with a non-refundable booking in Doha during the World Cup.
