Not necessarily. These days there are all sorts of exclusions for different hotels it seems. Call the hotel. It's your best assurance. While the above posters are correct, you should always call ahead. I may be too late for today, but this is good advice for any situation. Never rely on general info. Check your booking and make sure it says when you can cancel, and if you are unsure or don't see it, call call call!
