Am at the property now. As a *Choice* Platinum, I was not offered anything. No upgrade, no lounge access. Perhaps you were receiving lounge access as a *Radisson Americas* Platinum. I used to receive upgrades as only a Radisson Americas Gold.

Two other downgrades since the Choice takeover:

1. No more in and out privileges on the self parking. Self parking is now an independent operation; they will not bill it to the room.

2. No way to pay extra points for a business class room that included lounge access. There is only one price point for points, and that is a basic room.
