Past few visits into Lyon I’ve been directed to to use the e-gates at border control at arrival which is quick despite having a UK passport.
Unfortunately you then need to wait for an agent to stamp your passport which didn’t take long but if you are seated towards the back of the aircraft a queue will have probably formed.

I like the lounge at Lyon and it never seems busy.
