I redeemed a ticket on July and the flight date is Dec.

I won’t be able to fly on that date due to schedule change and I don’t know the new date yet(and probably until next year). I am wondering if I can change the ticket to an open ticket so I can update travel date later? Or do I have to specify a date when I change the ticket?


I understand that I will need to pay the rescheduling fee, the redemption ticket must be available for the new date and the new date must before July next year(1 year)
