My Delta Reserve card status boost has not updated since Oct. 6. even though I have daily charges on the card. I am a hair away from the 60K boost and wanted to get the MQM's credited so I can go to Gold status. I keep checking daily and nothing is updating.

Anyone else having this issue? I tried chat with Amex and the rep was unable to do anything - just said it's a technical issue and would get resolved by next statement. I find this quite frustrating and surprised at the poor level of support.
