Not infrequently, I do one way rentals with Hertz from Las Vegas non-airport locations to LAS, and Portland (OR) area non-airport locations to PDX (and PDX to Portland non-airport locations). In the past few days I'm now getting the following message when I go to book...doesn't make any difference which local locations I choose...

"No one way rentals are permitted from this location, please make another selection"

Just wondering if my experience is "one off" or if something else is going on... this only started in the past few days, prior I had no problem booking local one-ways in either city location...
