There is a shuttle bus that runs from the airport and does drop offs at various hotels. Think it was $8US per person one way if I do recall correctly.
Except that it stops everywhere and if your hotel is close to Kapiolani Park it will be very, very slow...always lots of fun after a late arrival. I take a cab instead.
