I booked an award ticket via United with Asiana to ICN and connecting there with EVA. I have a 6 digit confirmation code with EVA and am able to pull up my reservation on their website along with an associated ticket number. I can't find my itinerary on the Asiana website though, and while their customer service said that the same 6 digit EVA code was my confirmation with Asiana and seemed to indicate I had an existing reservation, the fact that I can't pull it up on Asiana like I can on EVA is a bit unnerving. Is this par for the course for Asiana tickets via United?
