I can confirm live from the IC Barclay NY that the diamond welcome amenity of choosing breakfast, handled via per person valid breakfast voucher includes all taxes + service charges and there is no need to sign....
When the server brings the invoice, just handover the breakfast voucher and quote room + registered name and it will be cross referenced with the eligability list.
