You can bind foreign credits to both WeChat Pay and Alipay to use with Didi, but WeChat Pay seemingly requires a local bank card to to set up. I could see this changing soon though because WeChat has been heavily promoting foreign cards (no 3% fee for transactions of Y200 or less), and I've been able to pay stores of all types with my foreign cards (only p2p transactions seem to be forbidden).
