I used it to book a trip to DEL that I was already going to have to book. It isn't all that generous but for those of us lucky enough to have intl J/PS travel it isn't awful.

It is funny that DL pushes this right after they announce the changes. Clearly the changes are not going anywhere and they are trying to pretend like they won't change behavior.
