Etihad keeps contacting me about minor flight change
Earlier this year, I booked a business class flight with Etihad from the USA to the UAE. A couple of months ago, I received notification that the outbound flight time had changed by an hour. To be honest, this time adjustment doesn't bother me at all.
What's interesting is that Etihad has been quite persistent in reaching out to me via email and phone (using a UK number and leaving voicemails). They're asking me to confirm that the new flight time works for me, and offering a full refund if it doesn't.
My hesitation lies in the fear that if I formally accept the new flight time, I might lose the option of a no-strings-attached full refund. So, my question is: Is there any risk associated with not confirming the new flight time and continuing to ignore their emails and calls? Can they cancel my ticket if I continue not responding to their inquiries?
