Hi, visited in August. It is fairly automatic, though I still emailed ([email protected]) a few weeks prior to visit just to confirm room upgrades and it's always a good reminder to make contact with the hotel.

While, yes, they have a Diamond lounge for check-in, the only difference is really small finger foods and air conditioning (the main lobby is perhaps the hottest indoor space on site).
