With BA Silver (OW Sapphire) you have access in DOH to the gold lounge by the A gates and the platinum/gold lounge by the C gates.

paid lounge access to AM yes, but as the ticket is owned by booking.com it may be pay at the desk rather than on qr.com Not sure.
