So, how exactly did it work? You order dinner, which includes drinks, and somehow you swiping something on the app instructs the restaurant to remove the charge from the bill? I have a hard time envisioning how the Accor app has been integrated to the POS systems at hotel restaurants.
I usually redeem the voucher when ordering, saying something along the lines of "I have a drink voucher, can I redeem it for [the drink I feel like having]". So here I added something like "I have the drink voucher in the app, it's new I believe, let me redeem it" and showed my phone to the waiter while I navigated the app and swiped to redeem.
I am very surprised there's no number/code or anything, because afaik paper vouchers have a number on them.
