Going to a 757 with only 16 lie flat flat seats from a 777 with PremPlus having 50 lie flat seats, there were many in business that loss their seats. UA would have moved you to a different flight with PremPlus but expecting a lie flat instead was not going to happen. PremPlus is far closer to Economy than business. -- hence most carriers call it Premium Economy.
