The card expiry date in your screencap indicates that you will drop to Silver on 1st December 2023.
My Year End is also 8th October and the App shows the same 'Retain Gold' text, You are Gold until 30th November, hence use of the wording 'Retain Gold'. In December this will probably change to 'Retain Silver' as you will by then be Silver.
