I recently stayed at SO/ Vienna and on the day before checking in, I received the below email from ALL:
Your status entitles you to a complimentary welcome drink during your next stay at the SO/ Vienna.
We’re excited to inform you that your hotel is taking part in an exclusive beta trial of the new 100% digital drink voucher. You’ll be among the first to try it!
You’ll find it in the “Your stay” section of your Accor ALL app. Present it to the hotel staff and enjoy your drink.
We’re looking forward to welcoming you.
I obviously attempted to redeem the drink voucher and it worked! But I found the experience a bit awkward: you basically just have to swipe right to use your voucher and then you're redirected to a screen that says "you've successfully redeemed your drink voucher". I was expecting to get some sort of (qr) code for the waiter to scan/enter in their system but no. The waiter seemed a bit confused too, but I didn't had to argue. I redeemed my drink voucher for a ~16€ cocktail.
