I got my hopes up when I saw the header "INTENTIONAL FLEXIBILITY FOR MODERN LIFESTYLES". Was really hoping that would mean more flexibility in timing of check-in / check-out, for those of us who often arrive at 6am after red-eye flights.
Stuff like that should be a no-brainer for the hotel industry. Trying to turn a whole hotel full of rooms in a 3-4 hour window is a mess. Why not have some that have different in and out times to spread out the housekeeping workload? Staffing 101..
