The parking lot is outdoors and connected to the hotel, so also very convenient, but might not be the "safest" parking lot (though again the area is very nice). Parking lot can accommodate large vehicles, but it is a bit tight.
Room itself is large and spacious, especially for being so close to Manhattan. About a 5 minute walk to the closest MTA station and about a ~10 minute ride to Manhattan. The room wasn't anything fancy, and the window is very small, so don't expect a nice view of the Manhattan skyline. No upgrade for Globalist except for high floor (8th out of 9 floors), but the app was showing completely sold out. I believe they do have a King Suite. Elevators were quick and never too busy.
Overall, a fantastic place to use 1-4 certs (I used two for the weekend), and a good choice if you need parking but still want to be close to the city. Also conveniently close to LGA! I wouldn't hesitate to come back here again in future NYC trips if I have a car.
Hmm, tough business if you have a car and they only have 15 spots.
